Release v3.16

Second spring release

As always this release contains several bugfixes and improvements under the hood.
Below are the most notable changes for our users.

SNMP

SNMP support has now landed throughout the stack, on devices, server-side and configuration side.

AFASE

We have streamlined the workflow when updating pdf-documents. Maintaining the documents describing the cabinet (and therefore the installation) are now detached from our normal release-cycle, and can be published during a coffee-break.

We have also fixed a bug where cabinets sometimes did not automatically get a prototype, due to naming problems.

API

Improvements:

• Improve performance of delta requests
• Respond with 404 when requesting events for items without a trigger
